Samone’s Care Home Health Services provides a full range of home care services to help seniors and people with disabilities and cognitive conditions remain as independent as possible, for as long as they can, in the comfort of their homes. We seek to help them achieve their full potential, build their self-esteem, and enhance their community interaction no matter what age or what condition they face. To perform this, we commit our energy and resources to develop opportunities to continue providing home care services to meet their wishes to age in place. Our number one goal is to provide safety, support, encouragement, and assistance not only for them but also for their families.
Before in-home care starts, we conduct face-to-face free in-home consultation to ask clients and their families vital information to help us determine and create services tailored that fit their individual needs. Then, we will provide you a caregiver with the necessary skills, experience, and personality to deliver the best service. These caregivers are properly trained and have undergone extensive background checks to ensure the safety of our clients.

Helping you navigate in-home care
Living at home can become difficult for seniors as they get older. With the right in-home care support, staying at home can become easier. Home care support includes assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, incontinence care, transferring, and eating. In-home care can also include help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, help running errands, pet care, and laundry. Schedules can be flexible and include daytime, evenings, overnight, weekends or around the clock care.
